Easy Transaction & Straightforward For a car purchase transaction, a relatively smooth ride. I always dread buying a new car. This dealer and team did a great job. I had similar foreboding going in. Jairo Jimenez was very helpful and straightforward and I was able to close the deal with trade in a relatively pain free manner. I would recommend this dealer for its ease of customer experience.
Very easy purchase experience Our previous vehicle had been totaled, so we had to find something quickly. I decided on the CRV after getting a lot of information about my options. I also was aware that pretty much all the Hondas in our development were purchased at this dealership. So I found a couple of suitable vehicles on their web site, and went to the dealership. We met with Luiz and the whole transaction was as smooth and painless as its possible to be under the circumstances.
Awesome Service I drove 2 hours from Port St. Lucie to Delray Honda all so worth it. The staff was amazing my sales person Diana Maroto was exceptional she took the time to help me select the right car for me she also explained all the features on my New Honda Accord. I would recommend anyone to go see Diane at Delray they are great. I thank them for all they did.

Hassle free Travis got me exactly what I wanted at a low price. Then, it turned out the dealer had forgotten to install something I had bought and paid for. I was glad to see that Delray Honda drove a loaner car to me, took my car for a day, installed the system, drove my car back to me, then took back the loaner car; all at no charge to me (as it should be).
