Good experience with professional and flexible staff. Mauricio was patient and informative which allowed us time to decide on a suitable vehicle for our needs . He spent considerable amount of time explaining the various features of the new vehicle and acted professionally throughout . The finance and the Insurance portions were also done professionally.
Great Service Went for a B service, (oil change) and an “F” also appeared on the dashboard. Jeff looked it up and it meant I needed a change of brake fluid. I thought this would take a long time, yet the car was ready before the stated time! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I am very pleased with my experience. Kudos Jeff!
easy buying experience. I worked with Mike Webb and he was very thorough in explaining all the features of my 2018 HRV. He made the buying experience very easy. He knew his product totally not like some other dealerships that I went to.When I am in the market to buy another car I will see Mike again.
