Team work makes the experience better I've been putting off getting a new car for a long time mainly because of dreading a bad experience. But I was happily surprised by the first person I met, Cristian Jimenez. Through the entire process he was professional, informative and very pleasant. I appreciated the team work between the different departments,insurance, sales and finance. I think management is doing a good job .
Excellent. Salesman, Luis was nice and excellent . The only problem I had was when the statement came out from finance department was not accurate when I went to sign the final agreement. Sales tax was not included. I would suggest that the final numbers be the final.

Great Service by Chris! I bought a 2018 Audi this past Saturday and we were help and assisted by Chris Jimenez. He was exceptional and very knowledgeable with the overall purchase process. Excellent experience Made an appointment and the dealership was ready for us with a car and all the time in the world. Frank did an excellent job of explaining the various car Styles available took it for a test drive in two different cars and then worked with us another 3 hours to finalize the sale through insurance and finance and an overall the experience was excellent.
Franky was amazing and very helpful Franky helped us choose the right car for us and was very helpful in making sure that the car we chose had the right safety and technology features while still looking cool and fit what we wanted.
Professional and Friendly I’ve been going to Delray Honda for the past 8 years. I just leased my 5th CRV. Jason Hopkins has been my primary person. He is friendly and professional and very patient. Franky Lena assisted this time and was just as professional, friendly and patient. He explained everything new in this car.
