Easy and convenient. I took the Crosstour in for the airbag recall. I was warmly greeted when I pulled into the service bay and directed to the service writer who was pleasant and accommodating. The repair was made as promised and the car was waiting out front when I came late from work to pick it up. They also did a free inspection and provided me with a list of recommended services. They even washed and vacuumed the car; all this on a no-charge recall job. These guys really have their act together.
