Best ever car-buying experience! Loved my sales agent. Knowledgeable and friendly; Tim Pracht was able to adjust to my speed so I felt I could understand and not feel that awful "trapped" feeling which usually goes along with buying a car. Excellent Service I brought my car in for an oil and filter change. Michael Tavares assisted me. It was also determined that I needed front brakes. Michael did an excellent job assisting me and providing me status. The technician who worked on my car also did an excellent job.
Excellent! I was on a waiting list for a passenger side airbag replacement. Ashley called me when the part was available and scheduled an appointment. She was very personable and friendly. Mike Harris saw me immediately upon my arrival, filled out the paperwork and told me it would take 3 hours due to number of cars in front of me and the length of the procedure. He was very up-front.
