Michael Young This was seriously the best service center I've come across. Im so happy I found Delray Honda They are all so friendly and extremely welcoming. Michael Young was my service advisor & he explained everything to me perfectly. He helped me have a better understand my Civic. Two thumbs up to complementary car wash! You saved me an extra trip. They are very nice and speedy service ! Kathleen was great, she knew her stuff and had the problem fixed in under an hour. Very impressed. I didn't even have an appointment and she squeezed me in anyway.
The best (as usual) We have been dealing with the general manager Casey and Franky Lena for many years they always treat us like we are family. They are the only dealership we will deal with.

Best customer service! I was so impressed with the customer service skills of the staff at Delray Honda. Everyone there was intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I was a last minute emergency, and the nice young lady named Cia helped get me worked in even though they were full. The nice young man Hans helped me fix my radio stations.
