I drove up from South Miami/Coral Gables if that says anything. Norm was amazing to work with. I got a fair deal on my trade in and what I thought was a good deal on the new CRV. I love my new car and when it's time to swap out my husband's next year we'll be making the drive up to see Norm again.
Pleasant surroundings, friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service and answered all my questions, then adding some that I should have asked.
