My car starting mechanism acted intermittently. .. I drove to Honda, Delray parked, went in, spoke to my Service Advisor, Jorge Badia who was leaving to go home (Friday late afternoon), he took the time to check my car, determined that I needed a new battery, arranged for another Service Advisor, I believe her name is G.
