What a great experience. I only had to provide documents one time, unlike all my other buying experiences. I rarely heard from Dennis which was nice...he took care of everything. I wouldn’t use anyone different

When we were looking to buy our dream house in the foothills, Dennis was the one that helped make our dream come true. Dennis made the lending process of our purchase flawless. He worked closely with our agent and together they made the process seem effortless on our part. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had an answer to all of my inquiring questions. My brother was first time home buyer. He does not have a long credit and work history in the US. Dennis Bergstrom was able to help him to get a loan with good interest rate and reasonable points. Even though this is not straight forward application, Dennis was able to make the process smooth and delivered on time. I found Dennis is knowledgeable and detail oriented. I worked with Dennis buying my first home and it went seamlessly. I was a little nervous going into the whole home buying process but Dennis was there every step of the way, always answering my phone calls to get me the info or answers I needed. This is the third time I have worked with Dennis. I purchased my first home with him many years ago and have since re-financed twice. He is nothing short of spectacular every single time. It was really great working with Dennis! I found him to be really experienced and responsive. He spent a lot of time with me to go over all the loan details and he was able to answer any question. 1. He did a great job customizing the loan to my situation and recommending ways to save money. 2. He processed everything quickly. 3. He was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. 4. Dennis did a fabulous job walking us through our first home purchase. He made sure that we understood each step of the buying process. He was especially helpful and incredibly knowledgeable as we worked to purchase our house during this Covid pandemic. I would absolutely recommend him if you are looking for a lender.
