We really can't say enough about Dennis. We moved from Southern CA to Northern and were a little nervous as we did not know the area and were moving such a long distance. But whenever we had a question or concern we found him always available to help with suggestions and invaluable information. He really made the whole process much easier for us. What a great guy!

After 2 frustrating deals done through internet representatives, both with last minute rate changes, I was told by a friend about Dennis. All I can say is the service, communication every step of the way, follow through and knowledge are the best. Dennis Bergstrom made my first time home buying experience the best. He was always there to answer all of my questions… and I had A LOT! He took my calls often times after business hours and ALWAYS explained things toughly in a matter that I could understand. My loan was an FHA and those typically take 45 days to close but he got it done in approximately 30 DAYS! I would highly recommend (and already have) to friends and family. If I could give him 100 stars I would!
Dennis gets it done! In stressful, time-sensitive situations, Dennis is a rock. After dealing with a credit union that failed to care about their clients, and did not care if the loan was closed on time (even when the seller was not willing to give a day), it was a pleasure to work with someone who took the time to explain matters thoroughly and find solutions that worked for everyone. Thankfully we found Dennis through our real estate agent and he helped us purchase a house back in 2011. He then helped us refinance it this year. He has been amazing in guiding us through the process and making sure everything is done correctly and extremely fast. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance.
