I had a basic cleaning, a little scraping, brushing with paste, and they charged me $217 for some extensive cleaning that I did not receive. I asked what they did differently, and they didn't have an answer. I have never left a negative review before, and I have absolutely no problem paying for any service that I receive. But the Hygienist definitely put down a service that she didn't perform!

I gave them another shot after my last appointment after waiting 30 minutes after my cleaning was done to be seen by the dentist. This time it was 20 minutes.

Multiple cancelations with rescheduling being 6 months out. This practice really went down hill.

Please be very careful with this practice. They no longer take Capital Blue Cross insurance and their corporate office feels no need to inform patients! Their office staff also doesn't feel the need to be up front with this information. At no point during scheduling was this change mentioned, and they waited until my daughter's cleaning had started to inform us that they no longer accepted our insurance. From the very start of our first visit, I felt like I was in a used car lot. Real quick to entice patrons in a credit card. Overpriced and scheduling is hard only to have your appt cancelled 1 day before.
