RecommendedEvery Hygienist that has worked on my teeth has done an exceptional job!! I switched from a small office to this much larger one and was surprised to see the differences in actual time the dentist spends with me. Only reason that I rate a 4/5 is I feel the dentist should have a more thorough look at my oral health and individual teeth to make sure nothing was missed. Otherwise we’ve been very happy with hygienist and orthodontists care!
Be careful with what repairs you have performed. Went in expecting a filling replacement, but they performed a crown. My insurance denied the crown as unnecessary. DCA then billed me for $1300 in addition the copay of $268. They claim they "do not need to get insurance approval" and also did not disclose to me how much procedure was going to cost me. Now they have sent it to collections. NEVER going back. Beware.
Scheduled six months out, nothing sooner . Hygienist was very nice and professional. However, I never saw an actual dentist - “Someone will be calling you back with your X-ray results”. Will be looking for a new dentist.
I had a basic cleaning, a little scraping, brushing with paste, and they charged me $217 for some extensive cleaning that I did not receive. I asked what they did differently, and they didn't have an answer. I have never left a negative review before, and I have absolutely no problem paying for any service that I receive. But the Hygienist definitely put down a service that she didn't perform!

I gave them another shot after my last appointment after waiting 30 minutes after my cleaning was done to be seen by the dentist. This time it was 20 minutes.

Multiple cancelations with rescheduling being 6 months out. This practice really went down hill.

Multiple cancelled appointments. Long delayed wait times. This office has really went down hill in the past two years.
Please be very careful with this practice. They no longer take Capital Blue Cross insurance and their corporate office feels no need to inform patients! Their office staff also doesn't feel the need to be up front with this information. At no point during scheduling was this change mentioned, and they waited until my daughter's cleaning had started to inform us that they no longer accepted our insurance.
