You were able to see back in October 2014 for a quick cleaning and I so appreciated that - and yes, it was on a Saturday. Just had X rays done - also done very well - very pleased with everyone. Your staff is great and the office just presents itself a nice place to come for a dental appointment.

I am happy to make comments on my visit to your dentist office. I would like to mention first, that I called many dentist offices in my area, which is Fort Lauderdale about getting a cleaning done for my daughter Lauren. Most places quoted a price of between $150.00 and $200.00. When I found your office online, I first wondered why it was so inexpensive to get a cleaning. The quote was for $69.00. I have humana and came in with 100 percent coverage for perio. Interesting none of my covered procedures at 100 percent were utilized that days ADA codes not on my coverage were used in its place leaving me with a bill way over 600 dollars. This seemed suspicious to me so I decided to cancel my next pre paid appointment giving the office a weeks notice. At first they said they needed to keep my money for chair time. If I could give two different ratings, one for the medical staff and one for the administrative staff, I would give five stars to all medical professionals, including doctors, hygienists, and assistants. However, I need to give Zero stars to the administrators of this office. Their billing practices are deceiving, and they follow up only if they need YOU. It is unfortunate that such a great medical team is supported by an administrative team that does not care about their patients.

Nice office but high pressure and scammy. They push unnecessary procedures that are most profitable. They also push this “Kleer” dental plan crap. Just find a place that’s less profit motivated.

Be VERY VERY specific with them when asking about them accepting your insurance. They will purposefully mislead you and say they do when they know they are Out of Network. They will also bill in advance for the complete amount when they have not finished the job. I have been stuck with a nearly $6000 bill while my insurance only paid about $600 because they misrepresented themselves as being a part of my Insurance network. If I could rate them at 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This group is not trustworthy.
