terrible ,X-ray tech couldn't work the equipment, Dentist did not fix my problem, total waste of time

Doctor was too aggressive and didn't ask any questions about pain prior to consultation. No explanation or print out of dental examination.
Well to start my time is very valuable,I waited a very long time before I was called back... then I went and sit just to wait again..... just not happy
Terrible!!! I asked for a copy of my x rays and they wanted to charge me an extra $25 dollars on top of the $60 fee I paid for the x rays... I had spent thousands of dollars here in the past and they blew any chance of me spending thousands more there... Just a simple common courtesy would have helped to keep my business...
This is the second time Patty over booked herself/front office did. She took the other patient without even an apology to me. An "I'm sorry" goes a long way. This is also my first time finding out about a crown I am in need of. I've been told it's something I've needed for years. I've been coming to your office for years. Why wasn't I informed then? It's was an ok experience I didn't get the treatment I was in need of do to them not taking my insurance please not a healthy smile is a great smile no should get turn down n have to pay so much money when there in pain
