dr. A is the BEST!
Dr A was amazing. After my first visit I told him I needed a lot of work done including invisa line. I received a call from the office manager Yvonne. She was rude and obnoxious and made me feel uncomfortable like she was doing me a big favor. I left a message with her for Dr Kagan to call me back and he never did. I called the office and left a message for him. Still no call back. This office does not care about their patients. The cleaning appointment was right on time and the cleaning went well. After the cleaning waited way too long for the dentist to come and examine me. I thought they forgot me and my husband who also had a cleaning and experienced the same wait.
Professional and personable.
Rachel left in tears. Sat in the chair at 9:00am had X-rays. Waited over an hour in the chair until10:15 to have cleaning then a filling last. The tech Alex was far to rough with her cleaning. Had a near miss to her eyes and face while assistant mixed a filling compound over Rachel instead of mixing away from her for the filling, it spattered and the Dentist was upset that it could have landed on her face or in her eyes. Viv regarding the financial entity of this practice has deceived me regarding my dental charges. Viv assured me that my only cost would be 334.some odd cents. I feel mislead and that the practice is deceptive and unethically dangerous. To assume a patient with unknown debt after Viv had repeatedly assured me no extra cost, and to weeks later state insurance is bad and unethical business practice. Doing business the right way always bring in more business.
I used to love this place, I felt that everyone was so nice and understanding. I used to feel like I was getting a good deal on great dental care but I no longer feel that way. I now see that a lot of the process has been about how much money this business can make off of me and I don't have any money. I'm a single mother who takes care of her parents so being nickel and dimed after bringing business to you just hurts. Today I had to just laugh it off at how comically terrible my visit was. I find it interesting that all the posted reviews I read were just the quite positive ones. I went for my first appt. for a cleaning. The staff are all very friendly and nice office. However, instead of having a cleaning I was informed I have Periodontal Disease and lectured on how critical it is to address it immediately. I paid same amount as cleaning and was set up for a $900 deep cleaning, w/o the dentist examening me. It put a big damper on my week.
