I went there to have my teeth cleaned. My teeth are relatively good. The special I found out about on their website for new patients was $59 for x-ray (the staff is very nice and seemed competent at this part) and cleaning. It wasn't bad. But the main reason I went there to clean my teeth was bc I could see the little brownish spot in-between my bottom teeth. Unfortunately it wasn't gone. I came in for a dental cleaning. Alejandra at the Aventura location was amazing. She was very thorough, gave great advice, made sure I was comfortable and the best I've had so far.

Alexandra was great. She was very nice and gentle with my dental cleaning and she did a great job. I would just suggest more organization at the front desk though. My appointment was agreed to be at 2:30 pm when I talked to a Dental options staff over the phone. So I requested permission at work to arrive at 2:30 pm but Dental Options made me wait until 3:30 pm for my dental cleaning. The staff said that at 2:30 I was supposed to have an X ray session and then the cleaning that was for 3:30 pm. I would have liked to be info... read more
