I was attended to quickly and my issues well understood. After xrays and consultations with a dentist and an endodontist, I felt confident that my problems had been solved. Everyone was professional and pleasant.

I came in for a dental cleaning. Alejandra at the Aventura location was amazing. She was very thorough, gave great advice, made sure I was comfortable and the best I've had so far.

Alexandra was great. She was very nice and gentle with my dental cleaning and she did a great job. I would just suggest more organization at the front desk though. My appointment was agreed to be at 2:30 pm when I talked to a Dental options staff over the phone. So I requested permission at work to arrive at 2:30 pm but Dental Options made me wait until 3:30 pm for my dental cleaning. Safe and fast. I'd avoided this place for a couple of years, but the operation seems more organized and pleasant now. The staff went out of the way to accommodate us during a difficult period. p.s. There's more shade in the back parking lot.
