Alexandra was great. She was very nice and gentle with my dental cleaning and she did a great job. I would just suggest more organization at the front desk though. My appointment was agreed to be at 2:30 pm when I talked to a Dental options staff over the phone. So I requested permission at work to arrive at 2:30 pm but Dental Options made me wait until 3:30 pm for my dental cleaning. The staff said that at 2:30 I was supposed to have an X ray session and then the cleaning that was for 3:30 pm. I would have liked to be info... read more

Very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Safe and fast. I'd avoided this place for a couple of years, but the operation seems more organized and pleasant now. The staff went out of the way to accommodate us during a difficult period. p.s. There's more shade in the back parking lot.
