Dr. Moon has been my neurologist for several years and I am still grateful I was referred to him. He is very knowledgeable, always thorough, straightforward, thoughtful, and kind. His staff are very responsive and helpful. I can easily communicate with Dr. Moon or a Nurse Practitioner through the portal, and have never waited longer than 48 hours for a response. Dr. Moon us extremely easy to talk to, good listener, and really cares about me and my treatment plan. He focuses on the long term outlook when developing the treatment plan.
Dr. Moon and his resident Dr. listened to my explanation of my illness. He explained what he saw on the MRI and gave me choices in my treatment. This was my first appointment and after a year of suffering I have hope for a better future.
