Room was great, shower leaked out on bottom of walk in shower, poorly sealed. A lot of the slots wouldn’t take my players card and bills kept getting stuck and had to wait for employee to come fix
From arrival to departure, superior cleanliness and service. EVERYONE was pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was spotless and the most compfortable matress my wife and i have slept on in any hotel!
Very friendly staff, cleanest rooms in Louisville Kentucky and comfortable beds.
Don’t owe me nothing 😆 It was a very nice place and the staff was great especially Justin at the front desk. Only thing could have been better is a voucher to eat or play in the casino caused you stayed at the hotel
Beautiful hotel/grounds. My husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved the several dining options within the hotel. Use of room key in elevator to get to your floor only is an added safety feature.
Excellent stay. Bartenders and waitstaff were excellent at Olivers. Will stay again and recommend.
