The process was quick and everyone was super nice and helpful! My associate was Caz and he really did a great job to explain everything to me and my gf so that we know what each attribute meant. There was also an older gentleman who offered to clean my chains and switch in place with a silver chain free of charge! Incredible customer service overall, I have recommended Derco to more people!

I have never had a better customer service experience than when I have been at Derco. But my recent experience is what made it feel so special.... I was wearing my late grandmothers engagement ring that had its center stone missing. The owner noticed my ring and inquired if it was a family ring, and it was. He offered to size, put in a new stone and secured it right then and there. I was able to take it home with me before I left the gift center. Caz helped me and my fiancé at our wedding band consultation. It was our first time at Derco and Caz made it such a seamless and enjoyable experience. My fiancé and I each have very different visions for our wedding bands, so we're grateful that Caz was intuitive of our needs, patient, informative, and honest. Though Derco's ring selection was huge, we both ended up opting for a customization. He literally sketched out my vision in real time, as I spoke. Can't wait to continue this process with Caz!

I wanted to find a local jeweler when I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend and most places online suggested Derco which might've been the best suggestion ever. Came here on a Saturday right when they opened and luckily I only had to wait a couple of minutes before I was helped by a woman I won't name. She took my ring size and asked me what stone shape/ size I wanted before bringing some loose diamonds out for me to view.
