Once engaged, I found out that my wife's large SF family has been using Derco for at least two generations. Literally every married cousin has Derco rings. I will share a big secret..... I use to work for them over 12 years back, they were the best jewelers in the entire Bay Area then and still are!! Extremely good quality, extremely reliable, best customer service you can ever expect, most competitive prices, best value for money you can find!! They will always be super patient and help you design what ever may be in your mind or help you select the pieces which scream "you". The customer service here is unmatched. I've come here for years for various reasons and I can't stress enough how wonderful they are. They always go out of their way to clean ANY jewelry I'm wearing, regardless of where it was purchased and they always give ring cleaner. They are just so friendly, warm and welcoming. Derco is where you go for all your shiny things! Please do not take your business anywhere else. These folks are the most warm, accommodating, and knowledgeable folks in the business. I came by to get my engagement ring in for much needed clean up and they helped me with my other fine jewelry as well. Some of my rings were cleaned, another resized, and repaired a snagged necklace.
