The place is crowded on the weekends for a reason. Even swamped one still gets great customer service. Now the end product, you can't beat their repair department or the way they help you design then execute on Diamond rings. Better pricing and superior products than Blue Nile with personal service. To my uneducated eye the diamond rings look just as good as Tiffany at a fraction of the cost.

We had a great experience designing my engagement ring with Judy at Derco. The service and selection here is top-notch and why we ended up choosing Derco. They had so many different options to look at in the showroom and were always willing to bring out more options from the back (e.g. I wanted to look at different sizes). The best place that you can go hands down, the staff there is incredible and so is there selection. I see Christina when I go there and she is just fantastic, always makes it a great experience. This is the only place that I will go to purchase jewelry, I cannot recommend this place enough. Incredible staff, selection, value, service, and just an overall great place. The process of getting your jewelry is so easy and pleasant and everything there is gorgeous and a great price.

Delin Wen was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Her and my amazing fiancé helped me construct the ring of my dreams. Truly I had no idea all that went into picking a ring out and all the different nuances I had to consider. Derco is the only place I will go to get fine jewelry. Definitely recommend visiting and working with the team at Derco (shout-out Toukhig)! They are knowledgeable, organized, polite, and put your interests first (never felt intimated or pressured as a first time diamond shopper).

Got our diamond wedding rings here!! Visited MANY alternative spots before landing with Derco. They took such good care of us (a gay couple) and we were thrilled with the results. Superb quality at very reasonable prices.

Derco's service is incredible, whether or not you end up buying something from them. They don't take appointments so it can be crowded on the weekends but somehow it never felt like we were neglected or kept waiting. I have visited on my own to get jewelry that I did not purchase from Derco resized, and to see if they could replace a small baguette diamond that fell out of an eternity band. They were able to do both, and replacing the baguette was no small feat because it had to fit the specs of the ring exactly. My fianc... read more
