I had an awful experience with Dr. Reid at the Midtown location. I believe her first name is Kristen or Kirsten. I initially went in because my Doctor had recommended that I see a dermatologist for a lump on my head that has caused hair loss and a bald spot. She did the absolute bare minimum, handled me in an extremely rude way, and without running any proper tests told me that I have alopecia and that I’d need to get injections on the spot which of course was extremely unsettling. As I see some of these reviews, echoing a similar experience to that of my own, I grow even more frustrated knowing how poorly this practice, its doctors and the staff operate. The staff is cold and uninviting. This was my second visit here and both times were rushed with no attempt to consult or make me feel valued as a patient. I felt like another number to add to their bottom line. This was robbery, and if I could give it a negative star review, I would.
