Want to feel like a leper? Desire to be treated subhuman? This is the place for you! I got a procedure done two weeks ago - no one has bothered to call with the results- and then went in to get the stitches removed and they refused to treat me. The stitches were causing pain and itching. 1) Botox is priced by area versus how much they actually use. Two areas runs $450 which is double what I’ve paid anywhere else. 2) I had an apt at Alpharetta location which is 30 mins from where I live and because I was running 10 mins late they closed the office and he Dr took off. I tried calling twice letting them know I was circling the building trying to find it and got an after hours operator even though there was a receptionist working there. If you need something handled quickly, this is not the place to go. They have a single nurse on staff that returns calls, so the chance of speaking to a medical pro when you call is basically zero. We've been going back and forth with DA and my insurance. DA was unaware that you could call Aetna for prior authorization, so they were waiting on faxes.
