UPDATE: I had to change my review rating. Although there was an issue, it was handled extremely well. I received a call apologizing for the mistake. They were sympathetic and empathetic. I've never had that happen before from a doctor's office, and it was awesome! Will definitely stay with Dr. Forney. Thank you!
