Caring staff, their ability to relate to the clients, very open minded in how they approach addiction.
Quality and cleanliness Low stafted at times I wish I could have stayed longer! If you were there because you want to be it will be an amazing experience! At times there was not enough staff for the tasks at hand but they should be working on that soon!
The staff Transportation It's a great environment to change your life for the better, excellent life tools provided to help transition into a healthy sober life.
Staff listens and does its absolute best to help clients in different situations For extended time staying patients the groups repeat information. This facility helped me immensely my therapist was able to constantly have one on one meetings. BHTs were also very kind and respectful towards clients. This experience was very healthly and vital to my recovery.

Accommodations Group variety Staff to client ratio food Activities Cleanliness Organization Management Difference of treatment by gender weren't great. Overall a good experience, could have used way more client to staff organization and client resources to solve problems at home etc. lots of time waiting around doing nothing. Could be way worse though.
