All staff were courteous. X-ray technician introduced herself and was gentle and efficient. I was in and out before my actual appointment was to begin!

The experience in the facility was fine. Everyone was professional and friendly. The problem is that three separate people told me my results would be available within 5-7 days. When I showed up for my appointment with my doctor a week later they still hadn’t gotten the results. They told me you generally take a couple weeks to deliver results. Wasted my time going to my apartment because your people either lied or are just too stupid to know how long it takes to deliver results. I’ll go somewhere else next time
