The staff at DR facility still rate very high in customer service. But the scheduling process for any kind of tests has become unacceptable. You cannot get through on the phone—any time of the day or week. They no longer schedule appointments at the facilities, and online scheduling is just a request for a call back within 3-5 days, and those calls seldom get returned within that time frame or at all. It’s become typical private-equity corporate customer service. Maybe time to switch to Steinberg in Las Vegas.

You did just fine. Desert Radiology had on music for me, but the brain scan was a wee loud, but the scan was very fast. They are really good 😊 you will like any Desert Radiology that you might frequent 💕
