This time I did not feel any tension from eastern ave location staff from the front desk or anyone during my entire time there which was for at least 3 1/2 hours for procedure. Had tried to find your location across town but never could originally from previous experience at Eastern location. So had no choice but to use Eastern location. Was expecting same as last time but was pleasantly surprised by results.

Went in for a MRI late appt. I was surprised no wait time staff pleasant friendly. I was out in less than 30 minutes. Just might make all my appointments late.

DR was excellent from the time I checked in until the time I left. All the staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. I had a liver biopsy done and everything was explained in detail about how things would be done and what to expect and all went according to plan. I had minimal pain, recovery time was exactly as they said. Other people had told me a Liver biopsy was very painful and would be laid up for a couple of weeks, but that wasn't the case for me I was driving later that day with no pain.

I am the victim of a high speed accident. A 2019 3000lb Toyota Camry blew a solid red light, totaled my 6000lb SUV. Lives and MUCH real estate business we’re lost. When I was approached by the MRI staff, my behavior was erratic and they handled me accordingly, and my MRI was completed. TO THE MRI STAFF I’m very sorry.
