I had to wait almost two hours for an X-ray. I am on oxygen, I was running low. After waiting for over an hour I asked at check in if they had an oxygen tank I could use because I was running low. I was told they did not. I asked how much longer, she could not find my paperwork. After a search she gave my name to a receptionist,, after 5 minutes she called me up and checked me in. She was very rude, and was not concerned my oxygen was low. The X-ray technician had a tank of oxygen and I immediately hooked me up, she even off... read more

Had an appointment still waited over an hour and half to be seen. Had problems with the check in. My daughter has POA. She had the paper work with her. They said they can’t read that. Had the same problem with the same person last time. This location is so bad. I recommend that all of the front line people go to diversity training

Desert Radiology, I did not sign up to be a "TEST DUMMY" for an in experienced worker. My mammogram was performed by kind but inexperienced member who did not understand the positioning of my breast in the machine. After being repositioned numerous times, having my COLLARBONE pressed against the machine, and experiencing pain in my collarbone, I told the worker that my collarbone was hurting and that I was positioned incorrectly. She told me my collarbone was not being pressed since it was NOT showing up in the radiologic im... read more

I waited over 2 hours for an xray then when I asked the tech to “push” the xray to the University of Utah, as it said on the script he refused to do it which has resulted in the Dr not having the X-rays for my virtual appointment. This is completely unacceptable especially because it was on the X-ray order!

I came in as a walk-in for an X-ray, which my Physician did note as “Stat” due to her prediction of Pneumonia & myself feeling very weak and sick. Understandable that it was a bit busy, the receptionist (female, Hispanic) quoted us a wait time of 45 minutes-1 hour. We said okay… Anyway, after a LONG wait & a couple inquiries as to my status, I finally was seen after TWO HOURS!!! I am diabetic & it went way past my lunch hour. I feel there should be a little better system regarding X-ray patients. I believe these patients... read more

The tea, reception staff and the radiologists and assistants, at the office itself is Five Stars. My problem is the Scheduling Department. The majority of those people barely speak English and do not know the difference between A.M. and P.M. or, for that matter, how to read a computer screen in front of them. I had to make three (3) trips to the Horizon location for an MRI. I was told by the Scheduling Department to be there on Thursday at 5:30 am. As it turns out, the appointment was for Friday. Of course when I arrived on... read more
