Very good and patient with me
I used Desert Radiology every time the needs arises. Am impressed until this time. Yesterday I received a text message to confirm a CT scan, however received a phone message that Doctor’s clinical notes are required for my insurance approval. I made this CT few weeks ago. Why this insurance issue isn’t resolved earlier. Please help?!
I did explain already! What a terrible experience it was, I live innLas vegas and I had to go across town to Henderson for the test twice.
Attempting to schedule an appointment over the phone and even in person is a challenge on one’s patience, frustration, and temperament.
I showed up for my appointment for a ct scan only to find it had been cancelled the day before. I didn’t get notified. I fasted for 4 hours and drank the bottle of barium.. I got the email that read we are looking forward to seeing you. Please be on time for your appointment. I didn’t get the email telling me your appointment is cancelled.
The staff in the waiting room in the back was rude and made the visit very undesirable. She told me she was doing me a favor by scheduling my appt/intake because ur facility was short staffed. I asked to speak to a manager- she stated she will tell me the same thing. She was never pleasant or apologetic for such awful service. I asked to see the referral as it was the wrong one for my mammogram. Its been over 2 weeks and I really don’t even want to come back to your clinic but have no options.
