I have been going to DR for over 10 years, and have always had exceptional service. I don’t know what happened in the past yr, but the customer service in regards to the phones is unacceptable. I tried several times to call for appts, and was on hold for almost one hour! I finally drove there to make an appt. Even then, I had to go to a back room and wait for 30 mins till someone called me, just to schedule an appt. Unacceptable. I will go elsewhere in the future unless this changes. Staff shortage or change in procedure has ruined the normally easy experience of making an appointment, terribly frustrating and time consuming. I called as normal to make an appointment and on three consecutive days I was on hold for over 30 minutes, 45 minutes the first time. I finally had to go to the facility to make the appointment. Why have telephone service there if nobody answers? I’m going to check with Steinberg to see if they have the same problem and if not, I’ll be switching.
The staff was rude and had an attitude
