Personal great but overwhelmed, very unorganised I had a test scheduled at 9:30 am and there til 45 mins later I hit up and ask what was wrong the girl at from desk said she would ask according to her they had me at 10:40 am I said no I showed her the confirmation message I still had to waiting do that technician clean the room. No excuse us we made a mistake, nothing no impressed at all

It was fine except for the checkin lady chit chatting and giggling with the gal at the front of the line. We are told to arrive early and the line was growing while these two were having a good old time. Don’t tell me to arrive early.
