Horrible internal communication. I was informed I did not have to pay co-insurance in full by customer service rep. Belle :JEANAB03042024 however no notes were put in the system. Aetna called your office and worked things out. When I got to the site I was informed I would not be able to be served without payment because no notes were placed in the system. The woman who completed my intake and registration me was nice and professional. Not to mention on 02/14/2024 DR received the request for the MRI, I called on 2/15 to sched... read more
