My biggest frustration is waiting on the phone for over one hour to make an appt. And this is not the first time. Once connected it was easy to set up appt.

I was having a ct scan done. I forgot to give the girl my paperwork- it was locked in the cubby hole. She was nice to offer to get it in my bag with my permission- so I wouldn’t have to stop everything to get it myself. She was so kind & plesant. She made me feel comfortable instead of nervous & scared.

I went in for a stat ultrasound and X-ray, no appointment but I was taken in in about 1 hr. The reception was very friendly and informative ! Thank you
