I will not wish on anybody dealing with the scheduler that I had to deal with. She does not have a clue of what pre authorization means, not aware of what stat test means, she needs a lot of training. Wasted my time every time I called knowing that my test was already approved by my insurance and that my physician obtained pre authorization as well. She kept saying for days that they didn’t have the orders. My insurance and the doctor’s office had to call her to finally get her to schedule my test. Please train your sta... read more

The CT scan was quick and efficient. Took barium 2 hours before. The techs were excellent and the IV was painless as was the iodine injection. Good experience. DR is always very good.

Office/ front desk staff were very pleasant and efficient, the wait time was acceptable and once called into the X-ray area the gentleman that took care of me was exceptionally polite and professional as well as knowledgeable!! I will return!

I came in for a chest x-ray and I sat down and in two minutes I was called up. The x-ray tech was so friendly and nice and it made it so much easier to have the x-rays done.
