First of all, it is pretty bad that you have to stay on hold from 30 minutes to an hour or longer to make an appt. And that you are talking to someone overseas and it is hard to understand or they don’t understand what you need. Then you tell us to be there 20 or 30 minutes ahead of your appt., then you have to wait over 30 minutes for your appt. By the time I was called back, I was there over an hour waiting for my appt. Very accommodating!! I went to the address given to me when I scheduled my mammogram. It turned out that I should have gone to Coronado center instead of Horizon Ridge. But the front desk accommodated me anyway. Thanks!!
