The front office staff took more than 45 minutes to get me checked in after having to arrive 15 minutes early in which I was there 20 mins early. The two technicians never helped me get on the table for the procedure, I’m 85 years old in a wheelchair and with oxygen. They told my daughter to help me get on the table. I’m 4’8” tall they didn’t even offer a stool until my daughter told them there was no way I could get on that high table alone.
