I called and spoke to Jon to schedule an appt. for an estimate. He called to let me know he was running late (so appreciated). When he arrived, I showed him what I would like to have done and listened to his suggestions. He was very knowledgable and offered several different options for us. He was much more flexable and reasonalble than other contractors we had come before. We recieved his written estimate and scheduled the work. I felt they were very prompt. They did exactly what they said they would do and they came when they said they would come. They got in and got out and cleaned up. They asked if there was any problems or if we had any questions about the work. They came dressed professional, which I think was nice. The whole thing worked well. I would consider using them again. <br />

Coordination with Jon regarding my need for tile installation went real well. Jon followed up as he said he would - and showed up on time for the day of the install. He came in and surveyed the area for install, he asked me questions about how I would like things done in certain spots, and when his crew showed up 15 minutes later, he reviewed our discussion with them. The first part was a bit easier, I packed up the stuff in my furniture and the workers came in and moved all the furniture out either to the sunporch or the car port. when I came home from work they had the first half demo and the tile partially installed. they had a portion that I could walk on to get the kitchen and the bedroom. the next day it was done, the grout was in all the furniture in place and I was ready to unpack. the second portion 2 months later went just as smoothly. they picked up the tile and were here at 7:... read more

From start to finish: This company was professional and very competent! Phone calls were answered promptly, messages were left to confirm appointments. workers came with all the tools and equipment they needed. Removed carpeting and old tile in 2000 sq ft house. Tile was so old it <br /> pulverized to dust. A big tile remover machine had to be brought in. <br /> The tile had to be removed because it was cracked. Laminate was <br /> installed. they found laminate that would stand up to dog nails. Excellent experience with this company. They made a remodeling problem into a great solution. Prompt, communicative (Huge with us), thorough and professional, we weren't sure the actual work could match the positive experience with the estimate and sales process - but it certainly did. Thorough, tight and true fit, impressive finish with the baseboards (we do NOT like shoe mould), and thorough cleanup. They will do our next floors without hesitation.
