Simple and easy to use Pros: Very easy to use and I love the fact that I am notified when someone joins the line. The only thing that I would recommend is that when someone joins for their to be an option to call the host and notify all parties on line that the moderator is joining the call. Uberconfrence made easy Pros: Well I have a 2 hour show 3 days a week at our station. I enjoy the ease of Uberconfrence with the app features. I can control callers volume or pick up & disconnect callers with ease thanks to the I integrated app that li ke to my laptop which control's callers feature. It Just Works Pros: I like how easy it was to setup. Also the entertaining value of having different wait music while people are joining the calls. Also the cost is very very reasonable. I also like the fact that you can setup a team/company and have those folks all under one account. Cons: I wish the configuration was a bit easier to setup for teams. The connection function is easy and there is a record function for important information, this your own automated secretary. Cons: Connection issues were common. Uber-everything Pros: We absolutely love uber conference. Its easy, time saving, FREE, and best of all the hold music is entertaining. It lightens up a conference call, and it is catchy. Uber Conference Pros: The software is easy to use and does not require additional plugin installs or downloads. It makes setting up conferences super easy. Cons: None, I have had no issues with the software. The only improvement might be more hold music options.. Overall: I have never had an issue with the software.
Great Call quality, Excellent all the way around Pros: Fits as many people as I need on a call, reliable, easy to use, good call quality, all around it's been great. Cons: I can't really think of much that I didn't like, sometimes it'll glitch when you drop off the call and when you call back in it keeps you on the viewer mode.
