UberConference is a great free tool! Pros: I liked that this tool was free to use and also very easy to use. I used this for all of my client meetings and they all enjoyed the uber conference experience also. It gives you the necessary features needed in conference calls and the quality is overall very good. Cons: What I like least was the call waiting song they use but they have now added a feature to mute that song while waiting. Easy To Use Pros: Uber has one thing going for it - it is simple to use and you can have a consistent unique url to conduct meetings from. Cons: Quality isn't always there, buttons are not as obvious to new users for features like screen share, but all problems are solvable. Overall: Trying to do quick conferencing on the fly and use the screen share ability is what has us coming back to UberConf
The best online meeting software for a startup! Pros: I have been using online meeting software for more that 10 years now. It was always a hit and miss as far as making it work for the attendees. I switched to Uberconference about 2 years back. It works perfectly every time and for all meetings. Cons: I wish it could support more than 10 attendees in the free version.
Best conference software I've used in a long time Pros: I love the no-frills approach of this software - it does what it's supposed to do in the easiest, most straightforward possible way. The look and feel of the UI is great, very user-friendly and delightful. It's cross platform, allows dialing-in from a regular phone and the quality of the call has always been outstanding in my experience. Cons: I wish it supported Safari, in addition to Chrome and Firefox browsers.
UberConference Reviewed. Pros: I like the dial pad phone system of the tool, unlike other tools with unconference one is able to have multiple callers at the same time. The free option is great for non-client activities Pros: Uberconference's free service is extremely easy to use and user-friendly. When communicating with people outside of my own organization, it is a great service for providing a conference bridge and screen share. So considering that you can use it for free, it is really fantastic. Cons: I am not the biggest fan of the music they play as you are waiting for someone to join. It is not the most professional.
Uber Conference is Easy to Use Pros: Very easy to get setup on. I really liked that I could name my own URL as my conference connection. I also like that they offer a free option, so for a while I had both a company and personal Uber conference number. Cons: I learned the hard way that the free-personal version has a 45 minute time limit. I can understand why, but wish Uber was more clear about that. Easy To Use, Takes A Lot of Computer energy Pros: I like that we are able to talk to remote team members, share screen, and collaborate. Cons: Uberconference takes a lot of energy from my computer. Sometimes when I share screen I lose audio, and it kills my battery
Makes Remote Work a Breeze Pros: As someone who works in a freelance capacity constantly, the ability to use Uberconference to record my phone calls has been a dream come true. It's integration with Google Calendar and Chrome is a huge added bonus! Cons: I'm not sure If transcript ability is there, but I'd love transcripts of my calls.
