Love it! Pros: It's so easy to use. The app especially is superb! The access and functionalities are easy to explain to the older generation.... Cons: There's a max number of people that can call in. I found out way too late after i coordinated a call with 30+ people Overall: amazing! Way better than free conference calling
Uber Conference is so easy to use, and I have it on my computer and phone Pros: The ease of use and the consistency in which people who have never used it before can use it first time and figure it out. I have many sales calls with people who haven't used Uber Conference before and they comment on how easy it is to use. We've Tried Many Pros: It is very easy to schedule or start an impromptu meeting. Cons: We wish it had web cam support and it supported other browsers besides Chrome only. Overall: We have team members all along the east coast of North America. It is very easy for us to jump onto a web call to discuss an issue we are having.
UberConference is Worth a Try Pros: I find the recording feature very useful. It's also very easy to connect to UberConference, whether it's through the app, website or simply dialing in from my phone. Cons: Reliability of the "mute" function and call quality. There have been times I haven't been able to unmute myself through the app, causing a long delay in jumping back in the conversation. Conferencing made easy and fun Pros: UberConference is super easy to use and it doesn't require people to download software or add extensions etc to their browsers. Also, they haven't bothered me with marketing emails. The choice of hold music is awesome; UberConference puts the fun back in conference calls! Excellent audio quality and doesn't eat memory. Great Feature to use!! Pros: Ease of use, and clarity of the calls, along with posting to my calendar Cons: I totally like this software it has made my presentations awesome Overall: Reaching prospective clients
UberConference Pros: Easy to use and easy to schedule meetings Cons: The new time limitation on the meetings for the free version. You cannot allow viewers to have mouse control. Overall: This was my go to software to hold meetings and screen shares, the new limitation on time (45 minutes) makes the free version unusable.
Suggestions Pros: good call quality! like that you can block music on hold which I hate. Cons: For some reason, even though I have a PIN, it often doesn't ask for a PIN. It is confusing to some people when you ask: "if you are trying to join another conference with this same number..." AND: just recently someone that was on one of our conference calls, has been getting messages from Uber with my account phone number indicating that he is waiting for me on my conference line and nothing was ever scheduled.
