I first met Daryl Singer, Meena Saini and Michelle D'Sousa, 4 1/2 years ago when I had a bad slip & fall accident in a major department store. I had a very frustrating experience with Diamond & Diamond Lawyers. My tort case dragged on for over 3 years with little to no meaningful progress. Throughout the process, I was constantly switched between different lawyers, which made it feel like no one truly understood or prioritized my case. Communication was extremely poor. If I could I would review below a star Had a fall on the ice after I clocked out. Told me not advise = told me to opt out of WSIB which I did - called me after 2 years - while they had my paperwork told me that because of WSIB they could not help me However I opted of WSIB because they told me to When they told me to opt out of WSIB - they should have informed me than - that WSIB was a issue. DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS FOR ANYTHING WASTE OF TIME

I retained Diamond & Diamond for my injury/insurance matter. I was extremely disappointed with their handling of my file. During a discovery hearing, their conduct included unprofessional joking and inappropriate behaviour, which made me lose confidence in their ability to represent me seriously. I asked D&D lawyers Company to represent me in a Medical Malpractice case. During eight years of mammograms and ultrasounds I was diagnosed as “No cancer “.
