I had a very frustrating experience with Diamond & Diamond Lawyers. My tort case dragged on for over 3 years with little to no meaningful progress. Throughout the process, I was constantly switched between different lawyers, which made it feel like no one truly understood or prioritized my case. Communication was extremely poor. If I could I would review below a star Had a fall on the ice after I clocked out. Told me not advise = told me to opt out of WSIB which I did - called me after 2 years - while they had my paperwork told me that because of WSIB they could not help me However I opted of WSIB because they told me to When they told me to opt out of WSIB - they should have informed me than - that WSIB was a issue. DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS FOR ANYTHING WASTE OF TIME

I retained Diamond & Diamond for my injury/insurance matter. I was extremely disappointed with their handling of my file. During a discovery hearing, their conduct included unprofessional joking and inappropriate behaviour, which made me lose confidence in their ability to represent me seriously. When I retained a new lawyer, Diamond & Diamond refused to promptly release my file, causing significant delays. I asked D&D lawyers Company to represent me in a Medical Malpractice case. During eight years of mammograms and ultrasounds I was diagnosed as “No cancer “. On 2024, a respectable radiologist, after the mammogram scanning, came into the room and proceeded with a biopsy which showed that I have cancer since 2016, and right there I was diagnosed with stage III cancer. got hit while I was riding my bike by someone who had stopped to let me through then at the last moment ran me over ,,,had a witness and all was driving a devinci 5000.00 $ bike that was destroyed ... it took them 3 lawyers ---5 years I had to go through rehab ---to see a phycologist to see where my mind set was at ...made me jump through hoops for 5 years and all this to tell me that they can only get me 5000 and they were taking it ALL because he went over my case again and don't see anything that could help me ---5 year... read more

I sustained serious injuries when a car cut me off then took off , causing me to crash into the streetcar tracks. This required me to be rushed to hospital and undergo emergency surgery to my femur bone and hip resulting in me now having numerous Rods, Plates and Screws permanently implanted in the upper leg and hip. Unprofessional, didn’t return emails or phone calls. Changed lawyers and assistants without notice, CHARGE 47 PERCENT. COMMISSION !!!!!!!!
