A friend took me to Diamond District where I was introduced to Heather. She was very patient and worked with me to create the most perfect engagement ring. I’m totally in love! I find their advertising to be phony. Went there looking for a custom wedding ring. Because I didn’t like anything in stock I felt like I was wasting their time. Then they said they’d call me with everything needed to make my ring. I waited 3 weeks, nothing. Then after leaving another message I waited 2 more weeks. Nothing. Total waste of time. Found an awesome ring, awesome service at another local jeweler. Don’t let these guys’s adverting fool you. They could care a less
