Worst experience with my engagement ring. I never write reviews but honestly I don't want anyone to go through what my fiancé and I did. I've been engaged for 4 months and maybe have had my ring in total of 3 weeks.. with things like the prongs falling off my ring. The stone being loose in the setting after taking 7 weeks to be "fixed".. This truly has been a terrible experience.
Our sales associate, Oni was very helpful he was not in our face nor did he pressure us at all. We had plenty of time to look and he had some ideas when we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for and he came and brought us a beautiful stone within our price range and a great setting to go with it it was perfect I love it and I would go back there anytime

She taught him all about the different types of diamonds and their quality. She also recommended a ring that my fiance ended up choosing and I absolutely love it! This place is fabulous! They are experts who take good care of you and your jewelry, friendly advice and your jewelry is protected. Never go to a place you cannot trust. This is THE PLACE!!! The people working here are gracious, happy and most knowledgeable!

Put a deposit on a stone to have it brought in to view. Took a few days before we could view the stone. She wanted a few days to think about it,, decided she didn't like it. Was told I could only get "store credit" for deposit.

Terrible business practice. No true appraisal. GIA Shane told my husband and I he could make our appraisal whatever we wanted it to be. Prices are inflated. Unethical business practices. Will be going to pay for a true Appraisal at another Jeweler. Don't shop at the Diamond District, truly a disappointment.
