Terrible business practice. No true appraisal. GIA Shane told my husband and I he could make our appraisal whatever we wanted it to be. Prices are inflated. Unethical business practices. Will be going to pay for a true Appraisal at another Jeweler. Don't shop at the Diamond District, truly a disappointment.

I saw something in the window, met Nicole and her lovely daughter. Came back and bought 4 more as Christmas Bracelets, we luv. Delightful found a new wedding band! I use to sale jewelry I can pick it out and wear it home!
Don't go to the diamond district. I went their to get an engagement ring for my fiance. They ordered the wrong setting and the wrong size and told me they would not exchange or return it. Finally they offered to exchange it for a restocking fee of 25%. I refused and walked out the door while two of them laughed. I talked to Todd on the phone after and he was nice but they did not try to make it right. I had to take the ring to a real jeweler and have them fix it. The good news is she said yes.
