The front staff was so kind and considerate. The assistant from the back came and accompanied me to the back and made me feel at ease waiting on the Dr. When she arrived she examined my mouth and explained in detail what I needed. I have insanely bad anxiety and was incredibly nervous about having such a large procedure done. they took their time getting me comfortable. and ms april in the front is just a ray of sunshine! I was referred for the removal of a small lump from the inside of my lower lip. I came in for a pre-surgery check up and scheduling. From the time I walked in, until I was on my way, took about 20 minutes including insurance, paper work, exam, thorough explanation of the procedure and scheduling. A great bunch of folks! I had to get a tooth pulled and I was very nervous!! The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The procedure went quickly and they sent me away fully informed with how to do my follow up treatment. When they said to call if I had any problems, I had no doubt they would have met my need as quickly and as professionally as they could if a problem had occurred.
