If someone didn't tell me, I wouldn't have know the process was done. I felt nothing at all. I also appreciated the follow up call later in the day from Jennifer to check how I was doing and to reinforce what I should do. She also told me to call the office if certain situations prolonged or occurred. Neither of which did. So far...so good. Pain level is minimal as well. Very glad about that. I really don't like going to the dentist but Dr. Pennington has provided very good service each time I've had to seek dental care. The online registration is very helpful and I received reminder texts on my e-mail so I wouldn't forget. The staff are also very helpful, courteous, and professional.
