April at the front desk is the most amazing, friendly, articulate, upbeat, happy person. She makes you feel at ease and so special! I wish every place of business could have an April to interact with the public. Dr Pennington is the most knowledgable and kind person. She seems to really care about her patients. Staff very friendly, warm reception, very professional. At the consult everything was gone over in detail, all questions, if any, answered. We have used them 2 times (my sister once and myself once). Today the extraction went extremely well with no difficulties. Home to follow instructions and eat lots of ice cream (LOL) but eat soft foods all day. My elderly mother has been a patient at Camden Oral Surgery for the past 9 years. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and respectful of any concerns that may arise. Dr. Pennington takes the time to answer all questions and shows complete attention and care when providing dental services. I have recommended Camden Oral Surgery to several of my friends, as I believe their services far exceed any other dental practice in the area! Dr Dianne Pennington and her staff, are the most professional office, I've been seen by, in any medical field. Very organized and the cleanest germ free environment! Her office and surgical areas are pristine! I had a very smooth procedure with any questions and concerns answered. I will recommend Dr Diane to everyone I know! Starting with checking in, the staff at COS works to make patients feel at ease. The office is clean and well run and appointments seem to occur on time. On my most recent visit, I was taken back to a treatment room fairly quickly, but waited an unusually long time to see the dentist. This was out of the norm, and everyone apologized profusely.
